From the first meeting we were impressed,the time and resource that were supplied even though at that stage we were only shopping around and getting quotes. The detail and explanations to our queries answered but it never felt like a sales pitch. The choice of colours patterns and finishes are fantastic. A realistic time scale was provided after an order was place. The time scale was exact!! As was the appointment time for fitting! We have a little one who was due a nap, the fitters were great working around us, putting her blind up first and working so quietly and professionally throughout the house. Excellent customer service. Bought full set of house blinds and pricing was very competitive and quality of the blinds is first class. Short lead time to delivery and installation. Also bought replacement vanes for blinds here. Very competitive price and fast turnaround. The replacement vanes came with new weights and chains to enable quick self installation at home. Great quality, value and service! Highly recommended.
